Ex-Girlfriend Of Hog Farmer Quizzed In Mollie Tibbetts’ Case Says He Still Stalks Her

The stalking victim of an Iowa hog farmer  who says he was questioned in the disappearance of Mollie Tibbetts says her nightmare isn’t over!
The victim, whose name is being withheld, tells exclusively her ex-boyfriend Wayne Allan Cheney, who plead guilty to stalking her in 2009, and who was charged with the same in 2014 – but sentenced to a lesser charge – continues harassing her.
“All I can tell you is that he did stalk me, and he continues to stalk me!” the woman exclusively tells Radar.

Cheney says he was questioned by investigators searching for the missing 20-year-old Iowa University student, who disappeared after she left her boyfriend’s home for an early evening jog July 18.
Local and state authorities have since sent search teams into Deep River, where Cheney lives 15 miles away, to scour ditches near a pig farm after a red shirt tied to Mollie was found nearby.
Cheney, 54, says he cooperated when contacted multiple times by investigators, allowed a search of his home and 70-acre farm and even gave up his cell phone for inspection. However, he drew the line when FBI agents asked him to take a polygraph test on Monday.
“I have nothing to hide,” Cheney said, insisting he didn’t know Mollie or her family, and had already spoken to agents for well over an hour.

Richard Rahn, special agent in charge at the Iowa Department of Public Safety, declined to comment when asked about Cheney’s interviews with authorities, or to confirm whether he is a suspect in Mollie’s disappearance.
Unsealed court records exclusively obtained by RadarOnline reveal Cheney has been convicted on a handful of misdemeanors, including harassment and stalking, the latter which he plead guilty to in 2009. He was then charged with felony stalking in 2014, after his ex-girlfriend showed police that he had called her four times in less than 24 hours, violating a no-contact order, but pleaded guilty to a reduced charge and was sentenced to probation.
A press conference scheduled for Tuesday was cancelled and rescheduled for Friday after Cheney refused to do the polygraph test.

Rahn said the conference had not been set up for a specific reason, and that the cancellation came because, “we didn’t feel that it warranted to have everybody come in because we didn’t have a lot of information to release.
Cheney did not return a call from Radar seeking comment.
When asked if Cheney was involved in Mollie’s disappearance, his ex-girlfriend said she too was interviewed by the FBI and was, “not allowed to make comments until the case was solved.”
“I’ve been questioned by the FBI and I’ve been told not to say anything. You can keep my name and my number, and when the case is done, then I’ll be glad to answer any questions you want.”
